Website Development Agreement

THE SHORT VERSION

You agree to:

• choose your content options (if any)
• pay full amount upfront or a 50% deposit when placing order - if paying a deposit you agree to pay the remaining 50% balance when project is finished (unless it's a financed project)
• provide your content
• have your website hosted with Texture Studios *
• pay for your monthly services such as web hosting plus any other options you may have added to your Service Account

* All of our clients' websites are hosted with us in our servers. If you would like us to develop your website but still want to use your own hosting company, we will be happy to develop it for you but you would have to SET IT UP YOURSELF or we can assist in installing it at your own hosting company at a rate of $25/hr with a two hr minimum. Keep in mind that if you choose to go this route, your website’s warranty will be null and void. We cannot be responsible for websites hosted somewhere else. Hosting your website with us it is always your best choice since you'll have ZERO worries deploying it and making sure it's always ON.

We agree to:

• develop your website in about 2 weeks from day one ** (unless other wise specified on the Project Work Order)
• make sure you're happy with the project
• make sure you're happy with the on going service of your website
• pay you 15% commission for every customer you send us after they complete a work order
• have the most up to date available technology for your website

** Day one is the day after we receive all the materials needed from the customer. Assuming the customer gives us all of the materials today, day one will be tomorrow. Upon receiving a full payment or deposit, we will immediately make all of the system’s installations that are necessary to develop the project. However, we will not begin developing the project until we receive all of the materials such as: logos, biography, about us, images, videos, products and any other content needed to complete the project. Failure to comply within 30 days of this contract will result in the deposit getting forfeited and all final prices agreed upon will be subject to change at the Developer’s discretion based on the Developer’s standard ongoing rate at the time of resuming the project.
